Heisman Trophy - The Heisman Memorial Trophy Award, named after former college football player and coach John W. Heisman, is considered the most prestigious award in American college football and is given annually to the top player in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).

John Heisman - John William Heisman (October 23, 1869 – October 3, 1936) was a prominent American football player and college football coach in the early era of the sport and is the namesake of the Heisman Trophy awarded annually to the season's best college football player.

Lowsman Trophy - The Lowsman Trophy is awarded annually to the last player selected in the NFL draft. It is a parody of the Heisman Trophy, awarded to the outstanding college football player of the year.

Draddy Trophy - The Draddy Trophy is a trophy given to the American college football player with the best combination of academics, community service, and on-field performance. Considered by many to be the "Academic Heisman.
